GREEK MYTHOLOGY (MACAU)
ENTERTAINMENT GROUP CORPRATION LIMITED

Phase 2 Expansion Continues with More VIP Rooms

Macau, May 19, 2005 - Leading Macau gaming and entertainment group Greek Mythology Casino will add more VIP rooms by the end of May 2005. Since its opening in December 2004, Greek Mythology Casino has been receiving increasing traffic to the recent 30,000 visitors daily with after-tax profits more than doubling in five months. Works for the second phase development of Greek Mythology Casino on the basement floor have already commenced. Inclusive in the second phase development is a 37,000-sq-ft hall, of which 20,000 sq ft will be reserved for the building of VIP rooms.

Mr Michael Chan, Vice Chairman of Greek Mythology Casino, said: "We work closely with travel agencies to customize our services for visitors. In order to attract traffic, we have established information counters at all cross-border checkpoints, and provide shuttle services, bundled ferry tickets and complimentary performances. On the average, about 700 visitors per day from Hong Kong purchase chips packages from our office," The casino will report its preliminary results for the first four months to its shareholders by the end of May.

The additional VIP rooms will come into service by the end of this month. Visitorsˇ¦ response to the test operation of the VIP rooms, which were designed under the Greek mythological theme, has exceeded managementˇ¦s expectations. The casino expects further increase in income with the full operation of more VIP rooms.

"Due to the temporary shortage of experienced dealers, we have adjusted our pace of expansion. With the Macau government now studying the feasibility of lifting restrictions on the employment of non-Macau residents as dealers, we look forward to meeting our second phase expansion targets by the end of 2005," added Mr Chan.

On November 30, 2004, Greek Mythology entered into an agreement with a Hong Kong listed company A-Max Holdings Limited (HKEx: 959) pursuant to which A-Max has become the second largest shareholder in the company. Greek Mythology yesterday repurchased shares from its shareholders, resulting in an increase in the stake of A-Max in the company to 19.99%. Greek Mythology will continue to negotiate with its shareholders regarding further repurchases.
