HK6 HOLDINGS LIMITED
Collaborates with China Communication through PRC JV Shenzhou Suda
To jointly develop services for payment platform
and public communication special network

Hong Kong, October 26, 2004 - Financial multi-media services provider HK6 Holdings Limited (HKGEM: 8206) today announces a collaboration between its 49% owned joint venture, Shenzhou Suda ("神州速達導航通信資訊(北京)有限公司"), and China Communication Co., Ltd. ("神州通信有限公司") pursuant to which Shenzhou Suda will provide technological support, content and other related value-added services to the latter in support of its broadband communications network and a Beijing Public Payment Platform Service ("BPPPS") operated by China Communication. Shenzhou Suda and China Communication will share revenues from the provision of these value-added services.

China Communication is a nationwide telecommunications network operator approved by the respective authority under the State Council of China. The company invests in and builds nationwide public communication special networks on broadband optical cables to enable information transmission to fixed-line networks, mobile networks, satellite communication networks, Internet and cable TV networks. It is also working on the convergence of China's infrastructure communication. China Communication's current network covers Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Harbin, Qiqihaer, Dalian, Changchun, Haikou, Xian, Chongqing, Shenyang and Wuhan. It expects a full national coverage by 2008.

Shenzhou Suda will be empowered by China Communication's network to reach a critical mass in China. The first service to be launched by Shenzhou Suda will be an information platform to be built jointly with China Communication. The platform is designed to be compatible with the BPPPS to enhance its service capability, enabling it to provide financial content and payment alerts to a wide population of subscribers in Beijing.

The BPPPS enables payment of telephone, utilities, tax and a broad range of tariffs on its platform. The platform's potential subscriber population therefore includes 4.5 million households, 10 million mobile phone services subscribers, 3.5 million fixed-line telecommunications services users and 2.6 million car owners in Beijing. BPPPS is also able to tap into the existing cardholder base of 40 million in the capital city of China UnionPay's Beijing branch through a collaboration.

Shenzhou Suda intends to integrate the platform attributes with HK6's information resources to offer a wide range of customized information services.

Ms Danielle Chan, Chairman of HK6 Holdings noted: "The nationwide coverage of China Communication's network is a strong leverage for the further development of Shenzhou Suda. Management expects the subscriber base of BPPPS to grow significantly in the next few years. This, coupled with the anticipated rollout of the service to other provinces, will become a potential source of attractive returns."

Mr Bao Yueqing, CEO of China Communications said: "Beijing is only the first point of our business rollout which we expect to eventually become nationwide. To this end, we have already reached initial agreements with the municipal government of Daqing on the building and management of a similar PPPS for the city."
