Hong Kong, September 1, 2002 - Town Health International Holdings Company Limited (HKGEM: 8138) today officially opens its first one-stop comprehensive integrated medical and healthcare center - Town Health Place at the city hub of Shatin. On top of 24-hour medical consultation services, the new center also provides a wide range of healthcare services and products such as specialist medical consultation, physiotherapy, Chinese medicine, healthcare consultation, nutrition, beauty and body slimming consultation. Located at the city hub of Shatin, Town Health Place covers an area of 9,000 square feet with a total investment of about HK$20 million. Town Health Place is a one-stop medical and healthcare center providing 24-hour medical consultation services as well as comprehensive medical and healthcare related services and products, including:

1. 24-hour integrated medical, healthcare and dental services. There are also specialist services in ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat (ENT specialist), gynecology, orthopedics, psychiatrics, dermatology, physiotherapy, nutrition consultation, speech therapy, psychotherapy and plastic surgery.

9. Molecular genomic diagnostic center to provide cutting-edge and advanced cancer preventive information and tests.

10. "Health Vision Club" will regularly provide members free medical information, healthcare examination and cancer tests, etc.
