![]() ARTEL SOLUTIONS GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED ARTEL's Successful Road-show in Japan (February 18, 2002 - Hong Kong) - Senior management of Artel Solutions Group Holdings Limited (SEHK code: 0931) received positive response from Japanese fund managers and analyst during a two-day road-show in Tokyo on February 4-5, 2002, arranged by Nomura and Core Pacific - Yamaichi. ARTEL Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer, Frederick Yu, and Chief Financial Officer, Edwin Chung, have met 20 senior officials, fund managers and analysts from 16 famous institutions in Japan, including Tokyo-Mitsubishi Asset, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, Mitsubishi Trust and UFJ Partners Asset Management. The Japan trip was ARTEL's second overseas road-show this year - both Mr Yu and Mr Chung traveled to Singapore on January 16-17, arranged by UBS Warburg, that also resulted in positive feedbacks. They met nine fund managers/analysts from top institutions including Morgan Stanley, Morley, Merrill Lynch and Allianz. Meanwhile, a latest analyst research report by Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited, issued on January 30, 2001, rated ARTEL as "outperform" and suggested to "buy", which means "stock expected to outperform the local benchmark index by 10 per cent or more over the next six months." In conclusion, Nomura set a six-month target price of ARTEL's shares of HK$0.94/share, implying 25 per cent upside.
