Mr. Dai holds a PhD in Econometrics from the School of Business, Jilin University, and possesses extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises. Mr. Dai is also familiar with the Chinese capital markets. He had participated in Xinhua News Agency¡¦s founding of ¡§China Securities Journal¡¨. His early career as a reporter, news desk chief and deputy general manager of news publications has helped him earn substantial experience in public-sector and investor relationship. Mr. Dai is currently an executive director and the Chief Executive Officer of China Precious Metal Resources Holdings Co., Ltd. (HKEx: 1194) and an independent director of Jiangxi Ganneng Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000899).
