BEST sets up Hong Kong's largest electrical and electronics centre
The 40,000-sq-ft "Best" flagship store will be located in the "FAMILYCircus" zone of MegaBox. It will showcase a wide array of the latest name-brand electrical and electronic consumer goods, making the shop a cutting-edge multimedia technology gallery, as part of Best Denki's pioneering retailing concept.
In addition to electrical and electronics goods, the "Best" flagship store will have several zones dedicated to niche products: a Home Theatre Section with high-end audio-visual equipment; a Hi-tech/Hi Fi Section showcasing premium-brand audio equipment; and an HDTV Section, where customers can experience the ultimate in high-definition TV. Another unique feature of the store will be a special relaxation area designed to enrich the customer shopping experience.

MegaBox is Hong Kong's first 'TCM' Vertical Mega-Mall, a new retail and entertainment hot-spot destined to be a Hong Kong landmark. Hong Kong, September 25, 2006 - MegaBox Development Co. Limited today announced the addition of another mega tenant - Best Denki Co., Ltd., the largest electrical appliances company in Japan. Best plans to set up Hong Kong's largest electrical and electronics centre as its local flagship store in MegaBox. The lease agreement was signed today by Mr Chu Ip Pui, Executive Director, Kerry Real Estate Agency Limited; Mr Tom Tong, Executive Director and General Manager, MegaBox Development Co. Limited; Mr Kenichi Arizono, President and Mr Nobuchika Izawa, Director of Overseas Division, Best Denki Co., Ltd., and Mr T Katayama, Managing Director, Hong Kong Best Denki.
