Victory City is one of Hong Kong's major manufacturers of knitted fabric with an approximately 10-million-sq-ft production facilities in Xinhui City, Guangdong Province, the PRC.

According to Forbes Asia's selection criteria, the companies ranked in the "Best 200 Under a Billion" were distinguished by track records of sustained growth and profitability, savvy, and often founding, management teams with business models increasingly aimed at sales both at home and abroad.
In July 2006, Victory City announced record turnover and earnings for the eight consecutive year of HK$2.8 billion and HK$250.3 million respectively for the year to March 2006. From its strong foundation of established knitted fabric and dyed yarn operations, the Company has in recent years branched out into garment manufacturing to sustain positive growth momentum.
