The Company wishes to clarify that the aforesaid Website has no affiliation or connection whatsoever with the Company, nor any of its subsidiaries or associated companies worldwide.

Public investors are advised to verify the authenticity of a financial services Website after they log on. Caution should also be taken when emails or Website links are received from unidentified sources.

The Company currently operates two Web portals: hantec.com and hantec.com.hk, as well as a number of etrading platforms:
