Issued Warnings on Suspected Fraudulent Website Case

Hong Kong, June 24, 2004 - Hantec International Holdings Limited (the "Company", SEHK: 111) today issued a warning on a suspected fraudulent Website case. It has come to the attention of the Company of the unauthorized use of its website (www.hantec.com) design template and content, as well as the mention of names of its executives including Chairman Tang Yu-lap, on a website (wsgroups.com) that is not related to the Hantec Group.

Hantec International has reported this matter to the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") and is also seeking legal counsel on course of action. It wishes to advise that the said website has no affiliation or connection whatsoever with the Hantec Group, nor any of its subsidiaries or associated companies worldwide.

The Company currently operates two web portals: hantec.com and hantec.com.hk, as well as a number of etrading platforms:
